Rates quoted in EUR are per lodge, per night and include service and tax. The rates include transfer from Windhoek airport, full board meal plan (including soft drinks, beer, and local wine), safari, hiking, and for reservations over one night, you will enjoy a sunset on the mountain, and for reservations over two nights, dinner on the river. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to revise the rates in case of a tax increase or if new taxes are introduced

EXTRA PERSON RATES AND CONDITIONS

Children under 12 y.o 13 y.o. and above F.O.C. 500 EUR

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. After this period, 100% of the reservation will be charged to the credit card. In case of a no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

For bookings covering the period from December 20, 2025, to January 10, 2026, cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. After this period, 100% of the reservation will be charged to the credit card. In case of a no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
